Noble Design Build is a General Contractor that was founded in 2010 by its Current Owner and President, Mr. Soma Shekhar, who continues the construction family tradition while maintaining its outstanding reputation with an uncompromising commitment to quality and safety. As an industry leader in Design-Build construction, Noble Design Build offers a comprehensive range of services, including pre-construction, program management, design development, construction, interior design management, inspection, and quality control.
Our Founder
Mr. Shekhar, the visionary behind Noble Design Build, has extensive experience leading international projects across five countries, including the US, Israel, India, Turkey, and Egypt, in collaboration with the World Bank for various nation-building and industrial construction projects. With an MSc and two MBAs specialising in project planning and design from top universities in India and Israel, he founded the firm in 2010 with a mission to improve the construction industry by endorsing and implementing an integrated design-build construction delivery approach that better serves his clients. With 15 years of experience and managing a vast portfolio of over 1 billion $ in hotels, luxury condos, commercial and industrial buildings in Canada, Mr. Shekhar has earned several industry awards and accolades.
